Choosing your first paddle can be a daunting task. Length, feather, blade shape, offset and size are all things you hear about but what do they mean? At Canoe Centre we carry a full range of demo paddles in our most popular models. Drop in, test some blades and get some expert advice.

We offer a per day demo paddle rate for offsite use at €15 and we also offer an onsite day pass for the same price. Offsite demos allows you to take your chosen paddle away for up to 5 days and paddle on your local run. Our onsite day pass allows you to test as many demo paddles as you want over the course of our day, on site at the Canoe Centre. This is a great way to get a back to back comparison and with Palmerstwon weir and Parmhole right outside the back door there are plenty of features to play on.

Paddle demos can be booked online, but we recommend dropping in store and booking with us directly so we can discuss your requirements. The cost of any demo passes purchased is redeemable against a paddle purchased  within 12 months.
